The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Rippling is a world-class example of how sales & enablement should partner.
From 2022 to 2023, they grew 100%+ YoY. From $175M ARR to $350M ARR. And in 2025, they were valued at $16.8B.
A huge part of their growth is their world-class BDR team, led by Ashley Kelly. And their partnership with the Rippling sales enablement team, led by Jonas Master.
I recently caught up with Sr Director of Business Development, Bert Brokaw.
A quote from our interview says it all: "I wish we had even more budget for sales enablement."
They don't run enablement the traditional way at Rippling:
- Create content
- Train reps
- Quizzes and surveys
- Check back in a quarter to see what happened
They start with Managers. They build programs together with the manager. Make sure they're bought in. And make sure they know how to and are committed to reinforcement.
This creates long-lasting results.
