A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

To be clear, AI agents will do wonders for existing clients. You'll be able to customize the platform without help, get answers to questions immediately, reduce manual work, etc.
But these AI agents ain't making the buyer process better for any serious B2B purchase in the mid-market or enterprise.
