A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

If you're still using "AI chats" instead of "AI agents"—you're officially getting left behind.
Chats were all the rage in 2025.
They relied on prompting. You'd see guides dozens of pages long containing prompts to:
- Do account research
- Write cold emails
- Create messaging
etc.
⛔️ The major cons of only using "AI chats"
• Little built-in memory, relies on heavy prompting
• Completely reactive, only responds when you prompt
• Not great at large, complex tasks
✅ The major pros of "AI agents"
• Knowledge compounds over time: the more you wire in, the more it knows how to help.
• Can run proactively and on autopilot
• Can chain multiple tasks together
This is the future of work. High-level tasks completed without prompts.
Now how it affects the future of the sales org? TBD. I think we're going to see a lot more adoption at the org level. AI agents doing work behind the scenes so that the reps never even have to interact with it.
The best thing you can do is sign up for a Perplexity Computer or Claude Cowork account. And start using it.
Pay for it out of pocket if you need to.

P.S. This vibe coding thing is real. In about 4-5 hours last weekend, I created an internal tool to manage our client delivery.
We tried HubSpot. We tried Asana. Nothing worked, so we resorted to a gnarly-looking Google Sheet (sorry Clara Johnson).
Now we have a fully customized, zero-upkeep solution.
