What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

I made one hour of cold calls last week, here's what happened:

‍

πŸ‘‡

‍

First, before you call me out...No, these were not prospects who already knew about Outbound Squad. None of them were 1st degree connections.

‍

- 30 calls

- 9 connects (30% connect rate)

- 1 booked meeting (11.1% conversion rate)

‍

Frankly, I was pretty hard on myself for not getting at least one more meeting.

‍

These were TOUGH calls. All VPs and C-levels with hundreds/thousands of reps.

‍

What I learned:

‍

βœ… Context-driven PBOs work better

‍

They just do. I got zero bites using a permission-based opener that was generic like:

‍

"Hi Dave, it's Jason. I know I'm catching you out of the blue. Have a min to hear why I'm calling and you can let me know if you'd like to hang up?"

‍

Two execs straight up hung up on me.

‍

Here's what worked better...I riffed on a variation of a few PBOs we normally teach:

‍

[context] + [social proof] + [problem]

‍

I added the problem part in, and it worked much better for getting past the first 45 seconds.

‍

Here's what that sounded like:

‍

"Hi Katie, was reaching out about the AEs you're hiring and the self-sourcing they're being asked to do. It's Jason over at Outbound Squad, sales teams at Shopify, Rippling, and Gong use our help get AEs self-sourcing pipeline to reduce reliance on marketing and SDRs. Do you have a minute to hear why I'm reaching out to you specifically?"

‍

It's a bit longer upfront, but the extra context prevents a ton of objections. Give it a try.

‍

βœ… TitanX is the real deal

‍

They hooked me up with about 200 leads to call.

‍

A 30% connect rate was absolutely WILD. Candidly, I wanted more of a break between calls πŸ˜‚

‍

I'm not sure how you can be productive cold calling without something like TitanX (this is not a sponsored post).

‍

βœ… Cold calls are more fun in person with a group

‍

They just are. This call block was me sitting in front of a camera, and four people watching the entire team (content coming soon).

‍

Contrast that to the next day, when I was making cold calls in a tiny room with Nick Cegelski, Armand Farrokh, Makenna Turner, Alex Murphy, and Derek Yoder.

‍

The energy was out the roof and we set a sh*t ton of meetings.

‍

More coming from my collab with 30 Minutes to President's Club soon.
