The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

I'm just gonna say it. Most "conversational intelligence" solutions straight up suck.
They're glorified call recorders.
Please help me understand this...
Your reps run hundreds of sales calls every quarter with your ideal buyers. Every call recorded and transcribed.
Yet your conversational intelligence tool doesn't tell you things like:
- The common goals your buyer shares
- The specific language your buyers use to describe their problems
You could use this information to:
- Create better personas
- Create killer outbound messaging for talk tracks, emails, etc
- Update language in sales decks
etc.
I get 10x better results downloading the transcripts and feeding them into ChatGPT.
What am I missing here?
